Return Eligibility

Items may be eligible for return if:

  • Return request is made within 7 DAYS of delivery.
  • Product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Original tags and packaging are intact.
  • Valid proof of purchase is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of print-on-demand products, the following are generally non-returnable unless damaged or defective:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Products damaged due to misuse

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 DAYS of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 48 hours.

Shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for size issues or damaged products, subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping

Unless the product is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
